This school year of 2009 – 2010, we will no longer be
offering a full hot lunch. Instead, we will have the item of the day for $2.50.
Also, our very popular Ala-Carte is back full of lots of exciting foods to
choose from. This year there will be punch cards in increments of $5.00 or
$10.00 for Elementary, Middle and High School, which can be purchased in the front office
or students may purchase with cash each day. Unfortunately, we can no longer
accept charges. If you have any questions, please call Debbie Becker at
350-6425.

We are proud to be part of the New Mexico Federal Food Program. What is the Food Program? It is a federally funded program managed by the New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department, Family Nutrition Bureau. This program is geared to teach children good nutrition habits for life. When a child learns good eating habits they will follow these good habits into adulthood.
Some other benefits of the program:
1. Provides nutritious lunches and the opportunity to practice skills learned in the classroom or as we like to call it, "Family Style Dining". Children sit together around tables and serve themselves and pass food and drink to their neighbors while learning proper table manners.
2. This program also offers healthy afterschool snacks. A variety of items are offered in the morning and in the afternoon to provide a well-rounded balanced diet.
